Department Overview
The Enterprise Technology Infrastructure (ETI) team is responsible for enterprise-wide infrastructure services across the global footprint, including networking, production services, storage, data centers, mainframe, midrange and Cloud-based systems, distributed systems, and international infrastructure.

Job Description:
Software Senior Engineer with product management capabilities recognized for expertise in a complex, technical and unique product/service and/or for depth of understanding of potential synergies/opportunities enterprise-wide. Consults with senior management on strategic direction and the marketing implications of various policies and activities. Responsible for overall product management and strategic focus for highly technical/complex/diverse products or services; creates new products or enhancements; Develops new products/services, frequently creating sophisticated combinations to meet identified customer needs; identifies new distribution channels and coordinates product introduction and marketing efforts to ensure maximum penetration; integrates efforts of product management, other organization units and vendors in development, implementation and maintenance of marketing programs while ensuring programs adhere to compliance/privacy regulations and policies. May coordinate with various technical and support functions/partners or other business groups. Mentors lower level staff.

Create a knowledge-sharing culture that drives business value while reducing risk and leveraging automation to ensure the right information is available to the right people at the right time to be more efficient, improve quality of service, increase customer satisfaction and reduce the cost-of-service support and delivery.
Maintain a centralized knowledge repository properly governed through policy, process and roles
Establish Operating Model and Governance Oversight
Experience in Integrated Knowledge Creation and Maintenance
Strong in communicating and establishing relationships across the organization in order to drive organizational shift.
Ability to create on demand knowledge and sharing based on situational circumstances to drive business decisions
Application of best practices such as Knowledge Centered Service methodology
Good knowledge in transformation of data to knowledge and streamlined approach to quickly move knowledge to consumers to drive self-service success .
Build Organizational Learning
Knowledge on COBIT and its Knowledge management controls
Good knowledge on ServiceNow
Proven expertise in an agile development environment.
